大連市鼎熙新能源設備技術(shù)有限公司成立于2018年8月，主要從事石油能源領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)和專(zhuān)用設備研制，公司注冊資本為500萬(wàn)元人民幣。

Dalian Dingxi New Energy Equipment Tech. Co. Ltd. was established in August 2018, and we mainly engaged in technology development and special equipment in the field of petroleum energy development, the registered capital of our company is RMB 5 million.

The company adheres to the concept that technological innovation leads the development of enterprise and we establishes the long-term technical cooperation relationship with China University of Petroleum, Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Maritime University and other top universities, and we insists on the development of high and new technology as the core power of enterprise development.

二、技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)：

公司凝聚了一批中青年核心技術(shù)研發(fā)團隊，曾參與并組織了多項科研項目，主要參與了三項國家級重大科研項目，完成了預定的科研目標。

三、Technology Development：

The company has collected a batch of young and middle-aged core technology research and development team, we have participated in and organized a number of scientific research projects, and we mainly involved in the three technical researches of the state and we achieved the expectant research object.

1. 參與了國家工信部立項的“400英尺自升式鉆井平臺升降系統研制”科研項目，主持了“齒條總成”研制的子課題項目。本研發(fā)項目的主要成果是：

1） 掌握了大厚度高強度結構鋼火焰精密切割技術(shù)；

2） 完成了高強結構鋼焊接微觀(guān)機理研究，掌握了焊接工藝技術(shù)；

3） 掌握了大曲率厚壁弦管的成型工藝技術(shù)；

4） 完成了齒條總成樣機的制造，并通過(guò)了ABS船級社的檢驗與認可。

1. They participated in the scientific research project of "research and development of lifting system of 400ft jack-up drilling platform" approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and they also presided over the sub-project of "rack assembly". Here are the main achievements of this research and development project:

1) Master the precision flame cutting technology of large thickness and high strength structural steel;

2) Complete the research on the micro-mechanism of high-strength structural steel welding and master the welding process technology.

3) Master the compressing molding technology of large curvature of a thick-walled chord;

4) Finish the manufacture of the rack assembly, and pass the test and get the approval of the American Bureau of shipping.

2、與中海石油（中國）有限公司深圳分公司合作，參與了國家科技部立項的“三角形多功能張力腿平臺設計建造及應用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”科研項目，主持了“單層旋轉滑移式鉆機底座主軸承系統設計研究”的子課題項目。本研發(fā)項目主要成果是：

1） 完成鉆機底座及主軸承系統結構概念設計；

2） 完成鉆機底座及主軸承系統結構基本設計及系統仿真設計；

3） 完成模塊鉆機系統基本設計。

2、In collaboration with the CNOOC Ltd. (Shenzhen), we have participated in the scientific research project of “Key Technology Research of Design, Construction and Application For Triangular Multifunctional TLP” approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. We presided over the sub-project of “Design and Research of Main Bearing System for Single-Deck Rotary Slip Rig Substructure”. Here are the main achievements of this research and development project:

1) Complete the conceptual design of rig substructure and main bearing system structure;

2) Complete the basic design of rig substructure and main bearing system structure and simulation design;

3) Complete the basic design of modular drilling rig system.

3、參與了國家工信部立項的“內轉塔式單點(diǎn)系泊系統開(kāi)發(fā)及液體旋轉接頭研制”科研項目，主持了“液體旋轉接頭研制”子課題任務(wù)。本研發(fā)項目主要成果是：

1） 掌握了液體旋轉接頭開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)；

2） 首次實(shí)現了國產(chǎn)原型樣機的制造，并取得中國船級社和法國船級社的雙認證；

3） 產(chǎn)品達到國內領(lǐng)先的技術(shù)水平。

3、They participated in the scientific research project of " Internal Turret Mooring System Development & Fluid Product Swivel Research " approved by Ministry of Industry And Information & Ministry of Finance, and they also presided over the sub-project of " Fluid Product Swivel Research ". Here are the main achievements of this research and development project:

1) Master the key technology of fluid product swivel development;

2) Realize the manufacturing of domestic prototype for the first time, and obtain the double certification of CCS and BV;

3) The product reaches the leading technical level in China.

4、在完成國家工信部立項的“液體旋轉接頭研制”的基礎上，公司科研團隊進(jìn)行了更深層次的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)，目前已開(kāi)發(fā)出新一代液體旋轉接頭，具有耐高溫高壓、性能更穩定、智能監控等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，達到國際同等領(lǐng)先水平。

4、After finishing the project of “Fluid Product Swivel Research” approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, The scientific research team of company has carried out a deeper layer of technological development, and now they have developed a new generation of fluid product swivel which has the advantages of high temperature and high pressure, more stable performance and intelligent monitoring, so that it can reach the same international leading level.

5、公司研發(fā)團隊針對重型、高空、水上或水下等高危吊裝作業(yè)環(huán)境，開(kāi)展了無(wú)線(xiàn)遠程控制的自動(dòng)解脫卸扣產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)。自動(dòng)解脫卸扣的核心功能是：在吊裝作業(yè)時(shí)，通過(guò)遠程無(wú)線(xiàn)信號控制動(dòng)力源使自動(dòng)卸扣的插銷(xiāo)能夠自動(dòng)鎖緊與解脫，免除人員高空或水下等危險作業(yè)，降低吊裝作業(yè)難度和作業(yè)成本，提高作業(yè)人員的安全。 

5、The research and development team of the company has carried out the product development of wireless remote control automatic release shackle for heavy, aloft, water or underwater and other high-risk lifting operation environment. The core function of the automatic release shackle: when you are in lifting operation, the power source is controlled by the remote wireless signal to enable the automatic shackle pins to automatically lock and release, so that it can eliminate the hazardous operations such as working aloft or undersea and reduce the difficulty of lifting operation and operating cost to improve the safety of the operators.

三、Products and Services

The company aims to build three business segments :(1) characteristic product development; (2) specialized technical services; (3) international trade.

（一）特性化產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)

1、開(kāi)發(fā)液體旋轉接頭產(chǎn)品，將為海上石油FPSO、海上核電浮動(dòng)平臺等領(lǐng)域提供產(chǎn)品。

2、開(kāi)發(fā)無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控式自動(dòng)卸扣產(chǎn)品，將來(lái)為大型物件的海上、水下及陸地上的吊裝需求，提供便于吊裝作業(yè)的無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控的自動(dòng)卸扣產(chǎn)品。

3、新能源氣體開(kāi)采所需的專(zhuān)用設備。

(一) Characteristic product development

1. The development of fluid product swivel will provide products for offshore FPSO and floating platforms for offshore nuclear power.

2. The wireless remote control automatic release shackle product is developed to provide the automatic shackle product of the wireless remote control that will facilitate the hoisting operation in case of offshore, undersea and land lifting requirements for large objects in the future.

3. Special equipment required for new energy gas production.

（二）專(zhuān)業(yè)化技術(shù)服務(wù)

1、開(kāi)拓中海油已運行的FPSO單點(diǎn)液體滑環(huán)的運行維修與維護服務(wù)市場(chǎng)。

2、推進(jìn)新式機械式空穴清管器技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)與應用，推進(jìn)該技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品未來(lái)在海底輸油管線(xiàn)清理上的應用。

（二）Specialized technical services

1. To open up the operation maintenance and maintenance service market for SPM fluid product swivel of the FPSO that CNOOC has operated.

2. To advance the development and application of the new-type mechanical cavitation pigging technology and advance the future application of the technology and products in the cleaning up of the offshore pipelines.

（三）國際貿易

1、造水機

代理銷(xiāo)售國際品牌的反滲透式造水機，該產(chǎn)品具有良好的性能與競爭性，該產(chǎn)品造水能力：5-500噸/天。

（三）International trade

1.Watermaker

The agent for the sale of international brand reverse osmosis seawater desalination system which has good performance and competitive, capacity of the products : 5-500 tons/day.

2、齒輪齒條電梯代理銷(xiāo)售國際知名品牌的齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)式電梯，其廣泛應用于鉆井船、張力腿平臺、半潛平臺、生活平臺、鉆井包的井架、FPSO等海洋石油裝備上。

2. Gear and pinion elevator

The agent for the sale of elevator gear rack transmission type for international famous brand, it is widely used in drilling ship, tension leg platform, semi-submersible platform, platform, living platform, Derrick, FPSO and other offshore oil equipment.

3、銅鎳合金產(chǎn)品代理國內知名品牌的銅鎳合金管與管件的出口銷(xiāo)售，產(chǎn)品滿(mǎn)足于：

（1）管子規格范圍：   無(wú)縫管：直徑為6—368毫米；   焊接管：直徑為324—914毫米。

（2）管件規格范圍：   所有規格的彎頭、三通、法蘭，大小頭，套管等   

（3）執行標準：   可以按照國標、美標、歐標、德標、   EEMUA標等標準執行。

（4）產(chǎn)品認證：   產(chǎn)品獲得了DNV、GL、ABS、LR、BV、CCS、PED等認證。

3、The agent for the export sale of copper-nickel alloy pipes and fittings for domestic famous brand. The products are satisfied with:

(1) Pipe size:

Seamless pipe: OD 6-368 MM;

Welded pipe: OD 324-914 MM .

(2) The scope of the pipe specifications:

All the specifications of the elbow, tee, reducer, flange, SW sleeve etc.

(3) Executive standard:

China standard, American standard, European standard, German standard and EEMUA standard.

(4)Product certification:

DNV, GL, ABS, LR, BV, CCS, PED and other certifications.
